“Sounds Of The Surf”

This is a North Coast Indian,dressed in the traditional clothing woven from cedar bark and grasses.By her side is a dog,used as a beast of burden,with a load of firewood ,gathered from the beach.The hair  of the dog was used in weaving cloth.She has  a basket of clams on her back that she has dug with the ancient digging tool.This sculpture is an award winnner,and only 2 are available.
